Chapters is a long-term artistic project, still in progress, inspired by a sensitive dialogue between literature and photography. These visual tales, inspired by great works of world literature, resonate with the worlds created by exceptional writers. Emerging from the subtle intertwining of poetic narrative and personal photographic vision, each series, both metaphorical and oneiric, is the result of an intimate and imaginary journey.

Behind the Burning Sun revisits Alex Haley's Roots : The Saga of an American Family, an iconic novel of African-American literature that won the Pulitzer Prize in 1977, created in The Gambia.

Land of Salt explores the gentle yet violent poetry of the Swahili coast in Mombasa, Kenya, through the world of Khadija Abdalla Bajaber's House of Rust (2021). 

Back to the Lighthouse (Retour au phare) was imagined in the solitude of a tinny Brittany lighthouse, echoing Virginia Woolf's introspective novel To the Lighthouse (1927).

L'île du grand mystère (The Island of Great Mystery) is inspired by the enigmatic Man in the Iron Mask, a literary figure created by Alexandre Dumas in The Three Musketeers (1850), and was brought to life on the French Lérins Islands.
